Shipping & Return Policy
Only unmarked, undamaged, unaltered products will be eligible for refund. If the product is a kit, only unopened kits in the original packaging that clearly have no evidence of an attempted build or use will be refunded less a 15% restock fee. The 15% restocking fee is used to verify, repack, and handle the kits.
All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. If an item needs to be returned without damage, defect, or incorrect item shipped, the Buyer will assume all shipping costs. Return shipment charges would not be incurred by TGS. Do not return items COD as these returns will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any shipping damage of returned product.
Include the invoice with the returned product and circle the items(s) you are returning. Customer Service will notify you via e-mail or phone when we have received and processed the return for credit to your account. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for the credit or refund to appear on your billing statement.
If return needs to be made due to damage, defect, or incorrect item shipped, please contact Customer Service by either phone or email as provided on your invoice to receive a return authorization number.
